A bespoke design consultancy providing comprehensive architectural, interior design and landscape/garden design services. We have experience in contemporary and listed buildings, high-end residential and commercial design. While collaborating with our clients and suppliers to produce well curated projects, we promote the use of sustainable solutions. We provide a full professional service from concept through to planning, building control, working drawings and scheduling. We prepare tender documentation including scope of work and supportive drawings. Our services include being the principal agents for the construction phase of the project.
OUR AIM: To create, design and develop sustainable, innovative, considered and crafted architectural and interior design products that are respectful of their context. We adopt a holistic approach to architectural, interior and landscape design. Being commissioned to produce creative, unique and unusual solutions for our clients inspires us. We translate our client biographies into physical space, through sketching and weaving their narrative into the spaces we design. The chosen site suggests a story of its own. These threads and patterns are woven together to form the unique and complete bespoke solution.
OUR APPROACH: We begin this narrative with dialogue which enables us to form and build a clear understanding and insight into our clients’ interests, lifestyle, needs and aspirations. By actively listening and brain-storming ideas together we acquire a strong understanding of our clients’ unique cultural heritage. It is these elements that inspire and influence the bespoke design we produce for them. We storyboard the look, colour and overall feel of each space and source individual pieces of art & furniture.
THE BRIEF: It is developed as opportunities unfold. Site and budget constraints are not seen as negative obstacles but rather as tangible frameworks around which the concept can be woven. We approach the creation of space from a minimalist perspective. We respond best to simple pragmatic concepts which enable us to develop the best possible context for things that matter in life. We like to pare back the accumulation of surfaces to what is essential. The objective is to create wonderful spaces for our clients to fill with their own individual “ life tags ”.
THE TOOLS: Sketches, digital designs and 3D building design software are used to inform and communicate project decisions and create working drawings. We work in Auto Cad and we can produce physical models when required. The software allows design, visualisation, simulation and collaboration to be one seamless process that enables greater clarity for the entire project team.
PLANNING AND THE BUILD: We prepare planning permission applications. As principal agents we monitor the entire project on behalf of our clients.
THE INTERIORS: When required our remit includes the specification and procurement of interior product ranges, bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, lighting, wall and floor finishes, pieces of furniture and artworks.
OUR FEES: They range between 10% & 15% of the construction cost depending on the complexity of the project.

Project management, site administration, running meetings & minutes £100.00 p/hr
Report writing / presentation modelling £75.00 p/hr
Pure drafting / research & information gathering £37.50 p/hr
OUR TEAM
We collaborate with talented model makers, digital content creators and technicians depending on the scale and complexity of our commissions. We carefully select our collaborators, the consultant teams, the main contractors, sub-contractors and the specialist manufacturers that make bespoke components for our buildings.
